About the Author

Kathryn Byron lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her parents and younger brother. She was eleven years old and in fifth grade when she wrote this book. In addition to writing, Kathryn enjoys playing the piano, soccer and tennis. Kathryn is also active in her church and participates in Girl’s Bible Study. She has dedicated this book to the victims of Katrina. All proceeds from the sale of this book will help rebuild the lives of those who suffered one of the worst disasters in American history.
